Steel Guard Nano Coat (SGNC)

SGNC on steel — penetrates and converts surface rust, then bonds with primer and top coat.

    Penetrates 3–4 microns into the surface, horizontally and vertically.

    Forms a dense, interwoven micro-crystalline composite (“Velcro-like” structure) impervious to moisture, oxygen, chlorine, sulphur.

    Converts existing rust into stable nano-composites that bond with the upper coat.

    Increases the nobility of Fe ion from Ferrous (−0.44) toward the Silver/Gold region (+1.2), verified via Potentio Dynamic Polarization Test (GAMRY).

    ROHS compliant, non-toxic, non-inflammable, stable from −196°C to +600°C.
